Semidry Cherry Tomatoes

Partial drying for a tomato preserved in oil that is distinguished by its original sweetness, still clearly recognisable, and a softer texture than the classic dried tomato.

We produce it here, in Ragusa, processing our finest red cherries from a sustainable agriculture that is attentive to the rhythms of nature.

With a 190g jar it will be really easy to savour Sicily and its traditions, and to prepare a tasty aperitif or to flavour main courses. Because, also in this case, the only limit is your imagination.
